Especially in Africa, people have to travel for hours to access water . However, the water they obtain is often muddy, dirty, and unhealthy . Children who have to provide water for their families miss out on their education and face health problems .
Therefore, our water well and fountain projects make life easier in regions experiencing severe water scarcity. Thanks to the wells that have been drilled and the fountains that have been built:

The water well registration form must be filled out completely.

Information Transfer

The application form is sent to Hasene by mail or through a representative.

Confirmation Letter

Once the form reaches Hasene, Hasene will send a confirmation letter.

Payment

Payment will be made according to the payment methods specified in the confirmation letter. (Online, Bank Transfer, or via Representative)

Posting the file

The process of drilling the water well begins once the payment is received. The water well application file reaches the donor within 6-8 months.

After filling in all the required information, you can complete your payment and register your donation.

With the Donation Form: You can fill out the form on the flyers or brochures and send it to us.
By contacting our representatives: You can initiate the process by contacting our offices in Austria and other countries.

Donations under €1000 are considered under the Water Projects Fund .
Thanks to this fund, we are able to maintain and repair existing water wells .
We also contribute to the development of our sustainable and development projects .
⚠️ Individual files are not submitted for donations made to this fund.

• Donors who contribute €1000 or multiples thereof but cannot fund a water well on their own can participate in a joint project.

• These donors are entitled to have their full name printed on the plaque.
• Once the work is completed, we send them the project file.

• We offer a 2-year warranty on the water wells we drill. During this period, we will address any deficiencies and cover repair costs.

• We provide a 3-year warranty on our fountain projects.

Smaller models typically have 4-6 taps. Hasene Austria provides a 3-year warranty on fountain projects. How does it work? • Donations are accepted. • Hasene teams design and construct fountains in suitable locations. • Upon completion, photos and a project report will be sent.
